Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 TouchWiz Bug Taken Care Of

Samsung had rolled out the TouchWiz update amidst a lot of fanfare, though a graphical corruption bug got slipped in and that marred things a lot as it rendered the display unstable. So much that it would require a reboot to make the Galaxy Tab 10.1 fit for use while it prompted Samsung to halt rolling out the update any further.
However, Samsung has come up with a solution in the meantime for those who have already installed the TouchWiz. Named P7510UEKME, the update is currently available for download OTA and is just 3.5 MB, so it doesn’t take much time either to install. So all those Galaxy Tab 10.1 users who have adopted TouchWiz are facing a messy display ought to tap over to the Software Updates section and see if the update is available. Also, having all your data suitably backed up is another precaution that shouldn’t be ignored as you never know when things might backfire on you.
These apart, there is no word yet as to when the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be elevated to the realm of Android 3.2, though Samsung has already made it clear the TouchWiz is a requisite for that.
